Beautiful, loved the private patio..but..

The place was clean, and beautiful, perfect for a family vaccation, when we booked our trip they had nothing on the website saying they were having roofing done during the time we would be staying. The first 3 mornings we woke up at 7am to banging on the roof, and my son was unable to wonder around due to roofing nails on the ground and an air compressor without guards that would had copped his fingers off if he was to get too curious.we had the roofers in our private patio area, which was awkward having them easily look inside and see us. We loved that we were able to bring our fur babies as well as our kiddos, it was nice and dark, stayed nice a cool during the August heat. Washer and dryer worked wonderfuly and they provided enough paper towles and toilet paper that we didnt have to use any that we brought.

The property was great - very close to the beach with a good-sized pool that the kids enjoyed. Would be a great place to bring dogs, as well.

Perfect for families

This is a perfect rental for a family. The private little yard is so much better than a condo balcony. The floor plan is a split plan so the master bedroom is on one side and the kiddos room is on the opposite side.

Quick Bach vacation

The cottage was very nice. Lots of room for 3 adults and pets. Fenced in small grass area and great outdoor shaded patio. Pool in complex was great. Close to the beach -park access 5 was close and not terribly crowded. Only complaint would be all of the tacked on fees making the price per night more than double what is listed in the vrbo listing.

Rough start but great overall

We arrived at the property 9 minutes before check in (4:00pm) and found easy parking. 7 minutes later (2 minutes before checkin) the cleaning person arrived…. So we left and wasted time walking around the grocery store. 49 minutes after check in now (4:49 pm) I called management to find out if we can get our code to enter and was told no the unit is being cleaned. At exactly 5:00 pm one hour after advertised check in I received the text message with our entry code. I planned my trip to arrive to the Vrbo on time and came up with my timeline based on the time provided by the advertisement for the property. I would be charged 25$ for staying 1 hour after check out but my check in time gets ignored and I am not compensated….

Spacious and Clean

I was amazed with the amount of space and cleanliness of the cottage. We had 4 adults and 4 children and we weren't piled on to of each other. Having two full bathrooms was a plus. The location was okay but not far from restaurants and the beach. The only downside was the quiet time that started at 10pm. Overall it was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Celebration

We had a lovely stay at this property. Celebrated our wedding anniversary and our daughter’s 21st birthday. Property was clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was a very simple non hassle process. Would stay here again. If you are looking for places to eat we recommend Black Sheep Bistro, Scuttlebutt Bar and Grill and Surfside Sandwich Shoppe and Bar all very good food.

Cozy and Clean

This cute cottage had everything we needed. Very spacious inside. Rooms are on opposite sides of the cottage so when we come again our daughter can bring friends and we can sleep in our room without being disturbed. The pool was a few units down. Refreshing and quiet in the morning. We will be back.
