"The hotel property itself was very well maintained, clean, and visually appealing. The grounds and facilities were clearly cared for, which made for a pleasant overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the same standard as the property. During our stay, we encountered several issues that required assistance, but staff responses were either delayed, non-responsive, or ultimately unhelpful. While the employees we interacted with were generally courteous, our concerns were not effectively addressed, which was disappointing. A beautiful property can only go so far, and attentive customer service is an important part of the guest experience. With better communication and follow-through from the staff, this hotel could be an outstanding destination. As it stands, the accommodations were enjoyable, but the lack of responsiveness left us with mixed feelings about our stay."
