The desk clerk was both efficient and friendly during check-in and checkout. The room was immaculately clean, and the hot breakfast. was excellent. There is a hiking trail along the creek in the woods behind the hotel which made for a pleasant hike. We will return.

Operations manager was not only unhelpful but rude. Called in morning to try to move reservation to 2 days later due to sudden illness and feeling unsafe to undertake 10 hour drive solo. Hotel had plenty of availability, but all I got from Misty was a brick wall and her bragging about her going to work and driving while being sick. Was I supposed to be impressed? Choice Hotels does not support their customers but only apologizes and then comes up with endless excuses as to why they can’t help. Told them I would not be able to travel that day and instead of moving my reservation or canceling they took my money and called it a “no show”. Would never stay at a hotel run under Misty’s management. This kind of treatment of customers is a stain on the name of all Comfort Inns and Choice Hotels.

As a woman traveling alone, safety and cleanliness are very important. This property provided both. Check in was easy and fast. Walking trail nearby for morning exercise. Decent breakfast. Close to multiple restaurants. Over all, good stay

Six kids dominated the pool and hot tub area all afternoon and night throwing a football across the two. Then they were playing football in the parking lot at 10:00 pm. And being loud enough to hear inside the rooms. They were roomed on the first floor and had no business riding the elevator and banging into the doors of the rooms on the 2nd and possibly 3rd floors. Staff did not intervene or if they did, it had little effect. Not a restful night. Breakfast was mediocre. Room was ok except for being right over the front door and the view was entry canopy, nothing else.
