The room is small. The shower is weak. No microwave and minibar. The property itself has nothing to be praised for but I still rated 4-star. It is because the staffs are really friendly except one lady on the day shift who hardly smiled. I also enjoyed the breakfast. We were given a really small room. The bathroom is really small too. Whenever I took shower the water is weak and whenever I turned I touched the shower curtain. I asked the front desk if they had a bigger room and it happened that there were 2 available. And they said because we are staying for 8 nights, they let us have a bigger room. That helped.

The room was very small, it even enough room to unpack adequately. Shower, toilet and sink are all in a single room with no division. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating and the breakfast provided a very wide variety of meats, cheeses, breads and other breakfast foods.

Great hotel - just a few minutes walk from the train station and Tivoli. Marta at reception was excellent - Breakfast was also very good.

Awesome hotel, and part of the Scandic chain. Right round the corner from the train station and in the middle of all the awesome Copenhagen action. All the staff were superb, both through the check in process, and with advising on the best places to see and visit during my three days in that awesome city. The room was a decent size, especially the bathroom, and the shower was spacious and powerful. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Copenhagen, which is by far one of the best cities in Europe.

This property is DATED! The pros is that it is very conveniently located in downtown and a few mins walk from the Central Station and the staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel needs a remodel badly. It is old and it shows and the stairwell upstairs smells musty. Definitely not a 4 star hote, maybe a 3, if that.

The location of the hotel was great. We rented bikes from the hotel and spent the day riding all over the city. I liked being close to the train station as we took several trips out of the city by train and also to and from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the nice breakfast each morning. The only downfall was that the shower was not enclosed causing most of the bathroom floor to get wet. Other than that, everything was great.
