Centrally located, not exactly in front of the lake and with a construction going on all day in front of the view which is annoying but tolerable, beautiful rooms and have nice details inside the room, in general good and friendly staff and the best of the Hotel: Alberto, which acts like a concierge an tourist guide and arrange amazing and espectacular experiences around the lake and is very responsive and friendly 100! Nevertheless, this hotel is really expensive , we payed more than 2000€ the night and the breakfast is limited, in fact it was the worst of all our trip in Italy, we had way better breakfast in our other 400-500€ hotels. if you want something more interesting like an omelette you need to pay extra. The hotel does not have any type of amenities, no gym, no pool , no jacuzzi, not even spa. They do offer massages at your room. Despite the staff is friendly , is not as “personalized” as it promise, except for Alberto who was amazing, no one knew our names and our tastes like other alike hotels we have stayed and having only 18 rooms, there is no easy communication with the hotel like Whattsapp for the guests included at all. The laundry service is just too expensive to be used , 20€ per every shirt, 7€ per every underwear, not like other hotels where it is by weight or bag. In general this would be a great hotel great if the night would cost 700-800€, if you can pay more go to one of the many resorts around. You will receive a lot more for your money.

Stunning hotel with beautiful views of Lake Como. The room was spotless and looked as if we were the first guests in it because it was so clean. The highest end fixtures and finishings I’ve ever seen in any hotel. The breakfast was nothing less than 5 Star. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the best in Como. Thank you to the staff for making it perfect

The hotel was in a perfect location. Next to the lake. Nice rooftop bar and dinner at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious. Super friendly staff. Easy access to ferries. Would definitely stay here again.

This boutique hotel (just 19 rooms!) redefines personalized service. Every staff member not only greeted us by name, but with genuine warmth and attention that made us feel instantly at home. The service was so seamless and thoughtful it felt almost intuitive. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. You could tell this was new construction—everything felt pristine, elegant, and considered. Even the turn-down service was impeccable. And yes, the scent piped into the common areas? Spot on. Luxurious without being overbearing. The location is unbeatable—right in Como, yet peaceful. But the real surprise? The restaurant. We’ve traveled the world and dined at some of the most acclaimed places, but this may have been the best meal we’ve ever had. Bold flavors, inventive dishes, perfect execution. This is not just a hotel—it’s an experience. One that leaves you wanting to return the moment you leave. 10 out of 10. Easily.

Nice, comfortable hotel! Ask for Alberto!

The rooms are beautiful in this hotel, plus the rooftop restaurant/bar offers great views of Como and the Lake when the weather cooperates! All the staff were wonderful, expesically the Front desk girls and the Head Concierge, Alberto, who went "above and beyond" to help me correct some logistic issues and arrange a private boat tour up the lake to my next hotel!
