Solo sale agua caliente para una persona

Reservamos 3, solo salió agua caliente para la primera persona muy poco tiempo, los otros 2 nos tuvimos que bañar con agua helada, sólo había un sofá cama no 2 como decía la reservación sin cortinas black out( había mucha luz )y se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle, solo un rollo usado de papel del baño
