Host was Great , The stay was nice , I didn’t care for the rooms not having TV’s , It needs my living room furniture fosure , The pull out bed was very much uncomfortable and some of the ( Rules) are ridiculous for grown People .. But other than that it was Nice !

House was great. We went to Fort Jackson for our sons graduation from Basic training. 6 adults and one little. Had everything we needed.

Visiting Columbia for LFC match

A group of us were traveling together to watch Liverpool FC play in Columbia, SC. We needed a place that was close to restaurants and grocery stores by foot and could sleep 10 people. This establishment checked all of the boxes. Central location, easy to get around, very spacious. If we are ever in Columbia again we would stay here!

Great Location!

We were there for the USC May graduation. It was a quick 5 minute drive to USC and very close to the 5 points area. The house was great for a big crowd, and we all had the privacy we needed. The backporch was small but a nice place to hang out and chat. The property is very clean and modern. The communication we had with Heartwood properties was excellent! They got back to us immediately and were very helpful! I would definitely recommend this property.

The rugs and couches in the living room were so dirty and stained that we put sheets on them before sitting on them. The inside of the kitchen garbage can was sticky and full of gross trash when we removed the bag to take trash out. It was just gross throughout. It was like it was just cleaned enough to move the next group through quickly. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean except for bedroom rugs needing replaced and floors needing mopped. We had to wear shoes all weekend to keep from getting black feet. I tried to explain the issue to the property contact and was told twice that she would let the team know. No one ever contacted me about the filth that we reported.
