The place was very clean and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean and nice. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the Fort Jackson base; which is what we wanted. Ryan was very attentive to my questions and gave us great suggestions for restaurants in the area. The price was great for what the VRBO's location and accommodations. I would highly recommend staying here when you're in the Fort Jackson area.

Moving

We were moving our daughter to Columbia and stayed at this property. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house was very clean and everything was easy to find. We didn’t spend much time at the house and did not do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well furnished. Would definitely stay here again when we come down to visit our daughter.

Great stay

I've been working in Columbia occasionally so have been staying at numerous rentals. This one was great! It was spotlessly clean and easy to find. Even though it was a duplex, I heard nothing next door aside from the occasional footstep. I would definitely stay again if the timing works whennim in toen.

Fort Jackson Boot Camp Graduation

My wife and I were in town for a short stay to see our son graduate from Boot Camp at Fort Jackson. The home was located very near the Fort, which made for easy, quick access for the two days of events at the Fort for ceremonies, etc. The accommodations were just wanted me needed for the two of us and a short stay, I liked that I was able to communicate with Ryan on small things when necessary.

The property is just as advertised, and everything is new, freshly painted and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and lovely. The property manager is more than helpful, providing restaurant recommendations and immediate responses to queries. Would highly recommend.

Lovely neighborhood, beautifully appointed home

We traveled to Columbia for a junior golf tournament and found this property to be perfect for our 3 night stay. The furnishings are beautiful and updated. The beds/bedding are very cozy and allowed us to get good rest after long days in the sun. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Centrally located with tons of great restaurants nearby. Our friends stayed in the adjoining unit so we really enjoyed being together but having our own space. Looking forward to our return.

Perfect & Peaceful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home. It was ideal in location, space, and price to have a weekend with our college daughter and still feel like we were at home together eating meals, watching tv, and baking banana bread. Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The renovation appears to be very new if not brand new and beautifully done. It was spotless and all the contents appears to be brand new as well - from the furniture to the dishes. The beds were very comfortable. Ryan was a great host answering questions within minutes. We will be back.

Stayed here with my family for my Brother’s graduation at Fort Jackson. It fit us perfectly, and was only 10 mins away from the fort. Its also in a cute neighborhood that is close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Family Vacation

The outside property lawn was cut and the location is convenient to downtown Columbia SC & must see attractions like the West Columbia Riverwalk/ Children's Play Pavillion/ Science Museum/ Frankie's Fun Park. There is also easy access to restaurants, as well as grocery stores: Publix/ I liked the cozy furnishings as well as colorful decor..Everything inside is modern while beautifully decorated . The host Ryan is very prompt & helpful in providing choice places to eat. Look forward to renting again!
