We stayed here for a baseball series and it was perfect! The rooms were phenomenal, bed was comfortable, and the location is amazing. If we come back to Columbia, we will be staying here again.

We spent a day and night at the Hyatt as we were there for my husband’s military graduation, and everything was perfect! The children loved the fact that there was an indoor pool which they were able to enjoy that afternoon and the next morning at 9am. Check out is at noon which gave us enough time to do what we have to do instead of feeling hurried. They have a wonderful selection of breakfast options and they have a small market, bar and dining options in and out of the hotel. We had a great time!

I don’t like to pay $18 for parking. Didn’t know about this in advance. The property was convenient to restaurants in the area and close to USC.

Rooms were not prepared (out of soap, shampoo, etc), not enough towels, spots on sheets, sheets were ripped, had to ask for extra sheets, etc. Breakfast was good.
