OTMANN Hotel Boutique

"The hotel was neat and clean-both the premises and the room. The staff were very helpful but only a few spoke English. It’s a very small boutique hotel so don’t expect bell service, laundry service, etc.. The tiny restaurant was always staffed but it’s very limited in menu items so we didn’t eat there (other than breakfast which was included) even when it rained. We opted for a “City View” room but it’s not really a view so maybe not upgrade. The hotel is on a 1-way street with inconspicuous hotel signage so taxis have issues finding it (Uber was okay since they use addresses) which meant the taxi driver from the airport dropped us off across the street a few buildings in front & we had to walk ourselves and luggage to the hotel. It’s not a hotel problem but more of a logistics issue so be mindful if using a taxi. Overall, the staff from housekeeping to waitstaff to front desk were great."
