Very nice with few complaints. They need drapery on the patio door opposite the driveway. It was blinding in the morning. The sink in the small bedroom needs the sink drain fixed and the faucet terrible. The toilets are so short and small that they are hard to navigate on. Elongated and chair height is standard these day.

We had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect—just minutes from everything in Grafton, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet setting. We saw deer every day, which made the mornings, and evenings extra special. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend booking with them—you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice place to stay. Loved watching the deer in the morning and evening. You do have to use stairs to get into unit and also to the bedrooms. If you can't do stairs you might not want to stay upstairs. They do have a bedroom down stairs with a bathroom

We booked for our annual boat trip to Grafton. Two couples, plenty of room but still very cozy. Amazing view and excellent exercise if you want to walk the hill! Owners were proactive in making sure we were informed and had everything ready for the stay! Highly recommended especially if visiting Grafton as a boater and keeping your boat in the marina!

One of the best VRBO’s I have stayed in! The condo was tastefully decorated, and immaculate. The views were stunning and we had fun times out the pool. Michelle is an incredibly responsive post. Perfect spot outside the hustle and bustle of the city

Had a wonderful visit. Weather was hot. Pool was perfect. Had fun at the alpine coaster and sky lift. Pere Marquette park was lovely we ate at the lodge. I other folks in same building were going to arch and then six flags. We all wound up at the ball park

Girls getaway

The place was just as pictured. We had a group of 6 and had plenty of room. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Great views and close to downtown. Owners very nice and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back in the summer!

We wanted an adventure getaway; zip lines, alpine slides, atv adventure tour and then onto St Charles, MO for renting e-bikes to ride the Katy Trail. Walking distance to Skyway, approx 1/2 mile car ride to car ferry to scoot over to St Charles. Great location and if you’re in shape or up for the personal challenge the walk up the hill after visiting the restaurants on main drag

Perfect weekend getaway with girlfriends

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. We got lots of exercise in walking up and down the hill several times which was a bonus for my group of active ladies. A few girls really enjoyed the pool. We watched a mama deer and her baby walk through the back yard. We really enjoyed it all. Highly recommend!
