Parking lot had people smoking and talking at the top of their range all night also Monday night van full of people (10) parked in handicap spot and used my car to stack their luggage on the they were put in the rooms around my room and were slamming doors and banging on the wall my headboard was on I tried calling the desk several times but no one answered never staying there again

The Carpet was filthy. While the staff was friendly they where seldom at the desk. The breakfast area was out of most fresh food, the girl stockng was listening to something on her headset and not restocking. Coffee was empty. And the tables where dirty. She was outside socializing when we left rether then attending to the area.

Nothing at all against the property, just it has been a while since we needed to check in late in a big city hotel. Maybe better instructing signs for late check-in and parking for us grey bearded rural Oregonians!

Clean and quiet. Done what they can with an older facility. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, but lacked variety. One aggravation was card access. You needed to insert card 10 or so times before it would open room door or outside entrance. Note: if you live within 30 miles of the hotel, you will need to pay a $200 cash no credit deposit upon check in. Debit or credit cards cannot be used for the deposit.

The luggage carts are sso old and they only have 2 for the whole place. It takes 2 ppl to man-handle them and even then its difficult.

When checking to see if we could check in early they said no in about an hour and a half cuz they had no rooms cleaned this is an hour and a half before check-in. She was very nice though. And then when we did check in which was another young lady she was fantastic as well she was new but she was very very nice I hope she will remain there for a long time to come. In the morning they had forgot to turn on the heating source for all of the hot foods so the foods were not hot but they would have been really delicious had they been hot. The variety of their breakfast is superb. My daughter checked out for me she said the lady in the front was very I don't know a nice not professional but hey what can I say. Turns out she was the same one that I reported that the heating source was off yet she told me oh I just got here I don't know what's going on I don't know who's supposed to be taking care of that anyway my daughter did turn the heat element on.
