Not looking out for guests

No black out curtains/drapes, only pull down blind. The parking lot full of snow and ice. Unshoveled between car spot and room, no clear pathway except at the ends. Slipped on ice outside of office area and busted up bad. No signs of snow melt

Nice lodging! Very clean and affordable. Nice green space behind the motel. Close to coffee shops in Alton. Well maintained and managed. Next time you plant trees or shrubs onsite, I suggest planting natives for drought resistance and shade!
