The room was not ready, and the staff support didn't seem that all concerned. The breakfast juice dispensing machine was not working, and the staff wasn't concerned. I've been to several Home2 Suites, and they have been great, but this location I don't ever plan to return.

Staff shortage and attitude. Although the hotel was fully booked the day we checked in and the day prior that is no excuse for having many rooms not available by 5:45 pm. Secondly people in the long line waiting for the one staff member were told their room was not ready and to get back in line later, that is ridiculous. Almost everyone staying there was going to an early cross country meet, I asked if breakfast would be opened earlier than the advertised 6 am, staff said no and that we should have requested that days earlier. I told him to call his manger to request a change and he said no, too late. This is a poorly trained staff and a greedy place to Jane limited staff at a sold out hotel.

The room was not cleaned at all... Trash left on the counters, food left in the mini fridge, hair in the shower, etc, etc etc. The hotel could not move us to another room and did not even offer to send up clean towels or sheets. Their effort to "make it right" was to give us a free bottle of water and snack at check-out. Unacceptable.
