Was such a nice place to stay. It was private yet very accessible to everything. Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. Communication was awesome! Would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks for letting us make memories in cocoa beach

This is our second time staying at a Footprint property. Always perfect. Very clean, great communication between the property manager and us, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening, were able to stream our favorite show and it served as the perfect home base for our visit with family that lives in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from the beach or downtown Cocoa Beach. We loved our stay and look forward to returning next time we are there.

Loved it— perfect New Year’s vacation

We loved our time here — the hosts were very communicative and helpful. It was exactly like the pictures showed, and our older teens and college students loved the putt putt and the pool and the whirlpool. It was easy walking distance to the beach. And we got to see two launches from SpaceX!

An amazing week!

Our family loved staying at this rental! It is beautifully decorated from the inside to the outside. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was great to have. We spent so much time using the outdoor space. Host was very easy to communicate with. We truly had a memorable trip.

Fantastic property, great location

The house was perfect for our group of six adults. Pool and hot tub were awesome and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beach was only about a five minute walk away, and the provided wagon and beach chairs worked great. We had no issues with anything, but the hosts were extremely responsive at all points during our stay. Would definitely book with the hosts again on any future trips to the area.

Lovely property. Check out processes leave much to be desired - 10 am and cleaners show up at 9am which is awkward to say the least

Love this house! Perfect vacation for our family!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. We lacked nothing! It is superbly equipped and clean. Everything is very well-maintained, and we used the fantastic outdoor facilities with the heated pool daily. This was definitely not the last time we stayed in this house. For us as frequent travelers, it was the most beautiful house we've encountered so far. The owner was always available and extremely helpful. Thank you, Paul! You have a beautiful vacation home.

Perfect family vacation home

Check in was a breeze. The home is truly impeccable . We had 8 guests and it was perfect. Well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. We used the grill and enjoyed the pool everyday. The outside area was delightful. We had so much fun with the little putt putt course. The ping pong table was a huge hit as well. We really enjoyed the extra fridge space in the back. Thank you so much for hosting our family . We loved every minute of our stay. MP and Family.

Relaxing Island Escape

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, fully stocked with utensils and appliances. The pool and hot tub were both clean, warm and a perfect way to relax.We were especially grateful that the home was family-friendly, with a pack 'n play and high chair provided- it made traveling so much easier. The game cabinet was also a fun bonus, and having an on-site washer and dryer was incredibly convenient during our stay. The host was very accommodating and worked with our travel schedule. When we had a minor issue with the pool pump, the owner was incredibly responsive and it was fixed within an hour. Communication with the host and owners was easy and smooth throughout.We would absolutely stay here again and high recommend it to others!

Perfect Family Vacation Home & Location

This home was perfect for our three generation girls trip; grandma, mommy, 2 1/2 year old and 3 month old. The house was exactly as pictured and described. The decorating was minimalist (perfect with little ones) with a boho chic vibe. Immaculately clean and organized with everything you could possibly need. Great kitchen and grill! Quality. Perfect location to the beach, parks, groceries, restaurants and anything you could need. The pool was perfect for us with a shallow play area and deep end for swimming. No need to heat in May, it was a perfect temperature. Everything you could need for the pool or beach is provided. Beach is within walking distance. The Maritime Hammock Preserve is right out the back gate and is a beautiful hike! There is also a nice park for the little ones at the end of the block. We were able to watch two space launches from the pool! The hosts couldn't have made better suggestions and been more responsive. Very friendly. We will be back. We highly recommend staying here!
