The Space:

Living space

The living area is a relaxed, comfortable base for your group - sink into the sofa, catch something on TV, or step outside to the patio and backyard where there's space to unwind, fire up the BBQ grill, or enjoy the open air. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to stay connected. The private entrance gives your group a sense of having the place entirely to yourselves.

Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms sleep up to 5 guests across two queen beds and a blow-up mattress. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, and hangers are all provided so you can settle in comfortably from day one.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and a coffee maker to start your mornings right. Marble countertops and stainless steel appliances set the scene, while cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, and baking sheet mean you won't be hunting for anything.

The bathroom features a bathtub and is stocked with shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products - everything you need without having to pack light.

Step outside and you're right on the water. The private balcony overlooks the lagoon, the backyard gives you open outdoor space, and dock access means the water is always close. Cocoa Beach sits on Florida's Space Coast, roughly 60 miles east of Orlando and close to some of the world's best theme parks, including Disney World and Universal Studios. Downtown Cocoa Beach is just 5 minutes away - restaurants, live music, and nightlife all within easy reach. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a 30-minute drive north. Out on the water, the Indian River Lagoon is popular for kayaking, paddleboarding, and waterskiing, while the Atlantic is right there for offshore fishing. Cocoa Beach is also the hometown of 11-time World Surf Champion Kelly Slater, known for its calm and consistent waves - and on a clear night, you might just watch a rocket launch from your own backyard.
