This unique guesthouse is nearly 100% free of common airborne & surface bacteria, viruses, including COVID-2. Just 4 miles from Lee University - just off Paul Huff Pkwy, near restaurants, shopping, & the 4 mile Greenway. There is a private entrance, free parking, separate bedroom area with queen bed, living room w/ queen sleeper sofa, full bath, full kitchen & dining area. High speed internet, dvd player, and cable. Comes with it’s own deck with a fire pit, picnic table and grill, hammock and seating for 6 to 8 on the deck. We have a spotlight for cooking at night on the deck as well as over hanging Edison lights to light it up a bit. You will have access to our underground storm shelter if there is ever a storm. We have outdoor bluetooth speakers next to the deck where you can play your music while outside on the deck. Also, near white water rafting/kayaking, Chattanooga, Blue Ridge mtn's-all within 30 to 60m drive. Greenway walking/biking trail. Plenty of places to walk your dog since our property is situated on three lots. You're going to love this cozy getaway!!!

The owners set the bar for a great experience. If there was a definition of what going above and beyond represented. They would definitely be that definition, I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and courtesy. The only bad thing I would have to say, is I'm upset that I couldn't extend my stay a little longer. There may be a lot of places to choose from as far as locations and places to stay. However I'd be willing to say that you won't find a better experience than what these people make sure you have. Happy Thanksgiving to you guys and I look forward to next opportunity I have to come and stay at this beautiful place y'all have.

Alan was super accommodating and understanding, which I really appreciated! Such a clean, cozy and adorable guest house! They had a beautiful yard as well. A great place to stay that has everything you could need close to Lee University and everything Cleveland Tennessee has to offer. Very safe neighborhood tucked in close to many big stores and restaurants which was very convenient. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Would stay here again

We'll Be Back

Alan's guesthouse is very clean and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. Our cat runs and hides at the slightest noise, but he was not bothered at all in this house. We had family over and it was very easy to cook full meals and sit and eat together. The bed is so comfortable! Alan is a great host. He responds quickly and explains everything clearly prior to arrival. We appreciated the generous supply of coffee, snacks and drinks. When we had a minor issue with the power, Alan came over immediately. (Turned out to be user error - we accidentally flipped the switch on the surge protector).
