Room very warm. A/C could be better. Hallway hot/humid. Bathroom more hot and humid with an odor. Could use better ventilation. Was able to use bathroom skeleton key to open bedroom door. Bedrooms also used skeleton style keys. I presume that the all bathroom skeleton keys would have been able to unlock the other adjacent rooms in the hallway. However, host contactable and very accommodating.

The room is spacious and clean. The assigned washroom is located outside of the room not too far from our room. Major concern for seniors as there is no elevator. We had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. Anna the structure helper had to help us to carry the big luggage up. We’re supposed to get free transport to the cruise ship terminal at 10am. As I write we’re still waiting in our room for the free pick up. The time now is 10:20am. This morning’s structure helper is Nico. She asked us to stay in our room as she doesn’t really know what time the driver will come. A bit frustrated!

The accommodation is highly recommended. The location is close to shops, cafe. Restaurants, port front, walking distance to everything, The accomodation is clean, fresh bedding, towels, comfortable bed,nice shower . Check I was easy and welcoming, staff helpful and pleasant, coffee and tea provided; snacks for breakfast, free shuttle to the port As an extra, our bags were lost by the airline, our host was very helpful in assisting the return of our luggage. Highly recommend, enjoyable experience

Loved our stay here. Views from our windows were beautiful. Location was great!!! There were four of us, and we stayed in the double bedroom. We thought they would be within the same hotel room, but they were actually separated, even though they were next to each other. This was just a little awkward and unexpected. But we did enjoy our time here. Rooms were very clean. Check in was easy, and response from the staff was prompt, and very friendly.

Amazing place. Especially if you need to go the cruise the next day. They arranged transportation for us from airport in Rome to the hotel for extra fee. And free shuttle to the pier in the morning. Hostess Ana is amazing. Definitely would stay there again. Very close to water front. And excellent dining options around
