The check in was efficient, staff was courteous, the room was spacious and very clean. It is a quick walk to the City Center. There is no elevator which may be an issue for others. However they asked if we needed help carrying luggage. I would stay there again.

Mon Ami Villa was convenient to the city center. The staff was very helpful. I stayed for 9 nights, and would gladly stay again. Occasionally there was evening noise coming from the restaurant outside seating area. The area was well lighted and felt safe

Horrible service.

NOT 4 stars! A third floor walk up, no elevator. Horrible service. I had an early flight out and asked for a 4 a.m. wake up call. The call came at 2 a.m. The attendant said I told him 2, not 4, but my partner was with me when I made the call and said if I had said 2 he would have corrected me. I asked the attendant to call again at 4 but he never did. Leaving the hotel, no one was at the front desk, leading me to conclude I got the call at 2 because the attendant was leaving and didn’t want to have to call me at 4. Many better options. Pick any of them.

If visiting again - this is our hotel choice!

The hotel is a boutique style and it definitely operates like one. Meaning that the front desk people pay close attention to your presence, always greet you with a friendly “Hello” and ready to help with any, even smallest, wish that you have. It looks that they have parking space on the side, next to the hotel, we didn’t need it during our stay. Breakfast is tasty, buffet-style with good amount of choices to try something different for a couple of days. Coffee machine. Clean, specious room had probably the best mattress we have experienced in hotels. It was firm and when one moves the other wouldn’t even notice that. Location is good, it’s on the corner of two streets, but it wasn’t noisy. Our windows overlooking in the backyard, so we kept them open for some fresh air.

Very good place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Mon Ami Villa. Pleasantly surprised about almost everything. The room, for example, modern style with many details being well thought out for the comfort of a guest. Breakfast had enough variety and seemed like most ingredients were natural and fresh. There’s a coffee machine to brew a fresh cup of coffee with cold and hot choices of milk for it. The staff was amazingly polite, friendly and helpful. One thing you should keep in mind, that if you loose a plastic key to your room, that we use to think of as easily replaceable and disposable - you may have to pay a fee of 5 euros. That’s probably done for a green way of approaching handling things made of plastic. I recommend this hotel for one or many more stays. They also have lovely seafood restaurant around the corner.
