Dear visitors of Moldova, at my 3rd visit to Chisinaou i made real what i had in my mind after the 2nd visit to this country....My comments concern the Spa and massage area of the hotel cause my wife is moldovan so we have a place to stay...but for sure only from the total appearance of the hotel i would certainly choose it in the future for my stay....Yes, you have to visit the squares with the monuments, Cricova, the Monastery in Orhei, the museum etc...This for your spirit.....For your body you should definetely visit the Nobilspa...Believe me at my 8 days holidays i visited the Spa 5 times!!!! 2 of the most beautiful girls of Moldova are your spa administrators, Eugenia and Jana (forgive me if i write your names wrong). Both of them so fresh, young smiley and friendly. Special thanks to Eugenia for being so nice to me and my wife without confusing friendliness and professionalism. The same concerns all the girls working at the Spa area..Wayam the girl from Bali made with her massage my wife so relaxed!!! Elena!!! What can i say about Elena, i fell in love with her massage. wish i could bring her with me for every day massage to my home in Greece but as i told before i have a wife...Both of the girls congratulations for their decent character an behavior!!! We wish to all of you all the best and keep going like this. Regards from Greece. Tryfon and Natalie!!!
Just a few words about the "client service instinct" and a suggestion for some luxury hotels. Freezing in Chisinau when leaving Nobil Hotel, my car full of ice. I asked whether someone can deice my car. The answer came very promptly and bluntly from a young man around, in red tunic: "No, sir, we do not have this service". Rather surprised, as last time they had had a 300 lei car wash service. It took nearly half an hour for me to deice my car, while several hotel staff young men doing nothing (no client in sight whatsoever all the whole morning) but gazing at me from inside. I would have paid such a service generously, more than a "simple" car wash, of course, either to the hotel, to some of those boys or both, as just asking what to do with the remaining "lei moldovenesti" before leaving... So, if you offer a car wash service to your clients, why shouldn't you have a deicing one as well? Just thinking... George Butunoiu, Bucharest
Be very careful with your reservation – we had a very bad experience with this hotel: it was very disappointing when I received an e-mail from the hotel, 3 days before our arrival that the hotel was on renovation since July – the reservation was for September. We have booked 3 rooms and in 3 days we had to find another hotel. If we knew earlier maybe, we could find different rate on another hotel. Not so serious. They told us on e-mail and on the phone that they will help us with another hotel, but nothing received - nobody answer to the e-mail.
A wonderful hotel tucked away in a side street, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, my room was excellent the furnishing and ambience was the best. The sun roof had excellent views of the city and surrounding areas..Breakfast was fantastic, eggs cooked while you waited and all very fresh ingredients...a wonderful littlehotel. Would recommend this hotel
Some friends and I have spent one night in this nice hotel and we had dinner in the terrace of the seven floor with a great views of Chisinau. The hotel is really nice and the service excellent. In particular we were very well surprise with an excellent waitress, Anastasia Rezanu. Anastasia explain to us about the country, she recommended us the best specialities for dinner and other issues very interesting for all of us. If you go to Chisinau, I recommend to go to Nobil hotel.
Now this is a hotel. In Chisnau, a hotel that is certainly one of the nicest we have ever stayed in (and we've been in many extremely nice ones). The reception staff spoke great English, and we had help from Stefan in taking us to our room, and he was one of the nicest people we've met... so helpful and arranged everything for us. We had a large suite, and it was absolutely perfect for the family. It was huge and all the fittings and furnishings were great quality and shiny. Very impressed with the room and hotel, and suited our purposes well for a one night stopover on our way to Moscow.
Loved the welcome fruit basket and bottle of Moldovan wine, as well as the L'ocittane toiletries. Breakfast on the 7th floor overlooking the city was also a treat, with an a la carte menu instead of the usual buffet fare. I had eggs benedict and an excellent cup of coffee. Staff were super courteous and friendly, and I look forward to staying here again next time I am in Chisinau.
A great place to stay when you visit Chisinau/Kishinev!!! Superb!! Beautiful facility & great people to do business with!!! My special Thanks to Anastasia at the front desk. The Nobil is lucky to have this young lady. She is quite an asset to this establishment. And her English skill is flawless. She helped me with all of my special requests in my time there; and also made several suggestions about where to go & what to do. She never failed to do so with a pleasant & friendly manner. If they are able to keep this young lady I am sure she will go far with this company! The location of the hotel is central to the downtown area, and I definitely felt safe & at home here. A lovely experience. Thanks to all of you there! Highly recommended!!!
CONCLUSION: Classy and welcoming downtown hotel with a touch of finesse The place is walking distance from all there is to see in Chisinau (personal and businesswise). The restaurant at the last floor and the summer terrace on top, both offer very stylish dishes along side pretty nice views over the city center. PRICES: correct for what you get, compared to other Chisinau venues
We were surprised with the quality of this hotel. We are traveling a lot staying in different 5 stars hotels and we are pretty sure that this hotel can compete with world famous places. Our room was spacious and lovely, also we got complimentary upgrade and bottle of good Moldovan wine. Breakfast was delicious and restaurant on the 7th floor was very beautiful
