We were told we could get our gowns to the room right way but we had been waiting for over 2 hours. Wile we were waiting we called to the front desk three times, at the last call the lady didn’t say any apologies and told me I could complain to the complaint part regarding housekeeping problems. My family and I waisted time and were tired of getting just gowns. It it possible? to get a only gowns, took 2 and half hours???

Rooms dirty, moldy, hallways full of grime and bits of garbage. A dirty room service plate sat outside a nearby room for two days straight. Valet was the most disinterested Valet I have ever met. Was shocked by the 45 minute check-in delay after complying with the early check-in texts. Felt very sorry for the employees, even the Valet. Understaffed in the extreme. It’s not their fault, it’s the absentee corporate owners. Will never return.

The west tower is very old. Stinky carpets and stained. The furniture of the hotel for dinning in is old and the wood getting decolored. Given the fact that minimum stay will cost you around $350 including hotel fee and food ,you deserve to receive better service and the hotel looks more up to date vs. No improvement since 8 years ago.
