This used to be a well-kept and loved hotel in a great location with the hot springs as the main draw but it's completely lost it's lustre; we will no longer be returning here. For $350 a night we received a dirty room (bath tub was clogged), the toilet sounds like a jet engine when flushing, no lotion or basic toiletries in the bathroom, room keys that needed to be reprogrammed twice daily, discarded food boxes / room service types left in the hallways that were not picked up by staff, discarded tables and rubber gloves in the exit stairwells, minimal staff on hand for assistance and those that did turn up seemed overwhelmed, overworked and frustrated with their management. The hot springs on the property are overcrowded with folks having to stand in the middle because seating is full erring on feeling like you're at the Vegas pool party; we have stayed over a dozen times at this property and it's supposed to be a relaxing, quiet experience and it's now a zoo with tons of people, no towels and in need of a good clean. The entire property needs a lot of love and attention, it's too bad because it's a great location which back in the day was a go-to destination-type venue. Save your money and visit other hotels where owners take pride in their establishments and providing a value for money experience you want to return to (this is no longer the place).
