After the 4 days that i paid for, upon checking out, we were rudely rushed and had chambermaids knocking and calling our room hours before our checkout. When i asked for my deposit to be returned to my card tgey told me it would take a few days. I found out it was returned back to my credit card then charged again! When i called the hotel, the front desk said the reason why they kept my deposit was due to the chambermaids stating that the room was a mess and I was smoking in the room.....I dont even smoke!! Im livid! Sounds like a scam that the staff was apparently finding a petty way to pocket guests deposits!

Friendly and fast reception. The hot, just out of the oven, cookies at check-in were delicious and a welcome touch! The installation of a square toilet paper dispenser "box" on the sink's cabinet right next to the camoud was very annoying. Who's idea this was clearly did the test the functionality of this and did not experience getting their elbow bashed etc. when sitting down. A 'thumbs down" for this dispenser! The old toilet paper roller was just fine.

A great hotel with everything you need. Close to restaraunts and shopping. Clean, well managed and personable. We stay for hockey tournaments and always had a greatvm experience. Rooms are ckean and beds/pillows comfortable.
