We were charged a $25 late checkout fee without any warning or notice!.. they came to our room at 10:50,asked if we were checking out that day,we said yes would be right down as we were loading our luggage onto the rack. They said ok ,didn’t mention if it took us more than 15 min we would be charged! Took out our luggage to the vehicle,got to the front desk and discovered we had taken too long! 11:17 was the time on our paper they would NOT waive the late charge that we didn’t even know about! We travel a lot and have NEVER had this happen! We will be letting everyone know how terrible an experience this was and we won’t be staying at a comfort Inn again!,

The service was.excellent, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the complementary cookies were delicious and the tv options were good - I could access my own Netflix account. The only awkward thing was no counter space in the bathroom and the ticket style toilet paper was a bit annoying. We would definitely return but I'd bring my own toilet paper next time!😁
