Nice size room, good breakfast, nice pool area and beds, about 1.5km from old city. Rung at reception was very helpful, Ying and the team for breakfast was great. Cons included, lift never available, 1 lift only for approx 80 room and no service lift. Beautiful Chiang Mai

Had a lovely stay in The Grand Napat. Not far outside the old city. Everywhere seemed to be around 80baht in a Grab. If it had been cooler lots of places were in walking distance. Only a 10min walk from Jing Jai market which had a really nice atmosphere and lots of nice restaurants and cafes

Away from the hustle and bustle

The hotel is comfortable, if you want to be in the middle of all the action then this hotel is not for you but it is peaceful. A couple of small issues was that our room had a huge tree right outside the window so was very dark and no view but we did get to see alot of bird life. There wasn't a massive breakfast selection.

The breakfast is really good and the lady’s that serve there were so sweeet! The receptionist and security guard were super helpful and sweet as well! The rooms were nice and spacious and came with a microwave which was very convenient. Housekeeping also did a spectacular job as well!
