I had a problem with a third party reservation which the hotel staff went far above and beyond expectations to resolve. Highly recommended and would stay at this particular hotel again.

Family friendly. We stayed with a group for a youth softball tournament. Lobby has a good gathering area and the breakfast was pretty good too.

Welcoming hotel with incredible service

We stayed overnight while on a cross country road trip, so we didn’t get to take advantage of many amenities but we were pleased with our experience. The hotel itself felt clean & inviting. My one complaint about the room was the status of the bathroom - the shower was a bit dirty & so were our towels. Luckily staff are extremely kind & responsive, which always makes the experience positive overall. We loved the 24/7 front desk & breakfast set up, it made traveling & checking in super late a breeze. Would stay again.

The room the electric blinds were broken and stuck halfway up. The toilet would take three flushes to actually flush, and the floors were dirty. The staff was responsive when i talked to them…but i think they should have moved me to another room.
