I’ve stayed here over 5 times over the last few years and mostly enjoy staying at the SpringHill since it is next door to Scottie’s. Both the hotel and Scottie’s were subpar this visit. The hotel breakfast was not that great compared to years past and it looked like they could have benefited from having another person making sure that the tables were cleaned off and that the breakfast was hot. After this stay, I may elect to find another location to patronize since you pay a premium to stay here and eat at Scottie’s.

Hotel was dirty and poorly run. Imagine a place being so awful it ruins your vacation. Every time we called guests services, they would put you on hold and NEVER answer. We had a 4 night stay and had the cleaners come ONCE. Breaking was disgraceful. Dirty, just dirty.

We paid extra to have a river view but our river view was just a side view if I had known I would not of paid for that and just got a regular room… the hallways smelt like weed and we got woken up to a fire alarm at 5 am with no apologies or any kind of accommodations. I would probably not stay here again.
