They falsely charged me for breakfast and now I’m having to fight for a refund. I have called the hotel only to be told to call back at inconvenient times. I can’t get anyone with authority to refund me for breakfast I was told was included in the price but after seeing the brown bananas and fruit flies, we left and went to Starbucks. Do not trust this Hyatt Place, typically they are ok, but not this Charlotte one….

This was the nicest hotels I've stayed in...and I'm picky! We were in Charlotte for a concert; it was very close to the PNC. All the staff were very helpful and friendly (at check-in/out, snack bar area, and maid service. Not a single complaint!! Room was so nice and clean, beds were very comfy too.

Saw online that the bar/restaurant closes at midnight. Went down just before 10pm to grab a drink. Bar had a small crowd already drinking. The bartender(?) Was leaving when the crowd asked for another round and i wanted to order. She told everyone she was leaving the new guy said he didnt know anything and wasnt going to serve us. Disappointed i didnt get to enjoy the bar.
