Breakfast was great. Coffee delicious. Very comfortable bed. Staff could use some training on friendliness. The lady who was there at arrival was nice.

Property was pretty run down and not detailed clean. The breakfast area is not very well maintained. Filthy windows and cream packets on the floor between the windows on the floor. It appears surface level clean but not ever deep cleaned after so many people have been through there. The beds were not queen as advertised and sheets were stained and dirty.

one the hotel room card was never available, the staff had to let me in everyday, next i found bugs in the bed and in the hotel room i was bitten many times- i went ahead and left the hotel early from my stay. it was nasty and the hotel staff was incompetent, i will never stay at this hotel again and suggest the health board visit this hotel.
