This is an amazing hotel! The grounds are beautiful. The pools are very big and always will have room, never felt crowded. It is a 3-minute walk from the beach and about 10 minutes by bus to Chania town. The food is great. We had the all-inclusive plan, and it is highly recommended, especially for families. The food quality is very high and there are options for everyone's taste. The place to be in Crete. Staff was great as well, always there to help with a smile.

Lovely helpful staff, beautifully laid out rooms with excellent facilities. Housekeeping was perfect. Fantastic pools, perfect for families. There was a lovely mix of nationalities staying at the hotel, perfect for families or couples. 15 mins or for a coastal walk into Chania - a vibrant city with a stunning old town and Venetian harbour. Recommend a day trip to the Samaria gorge if you’re active.

We stayed just prior to the beginning of high tourist season, but the only things not available were tours. The location off the main road and near a smaller less-crowded beach makes it feel very private. Our junior suite was roomy, exceptionally clean, well equipped, and had a huge private balcony. Three pools(one heated), spa gym, hairdresser and even mail salon! We opted for the all-inclusive package - the food was varied and delicious. It’s a small resort so there is only one all-inclusive restaurant (the buffet) and one a la carte venue. We especially enjoyed the Cretan, Fish, and Italian theme nights. The all-inclusive alcoholic drinks were different than in Western Hemisphere all-inclusives in that there were less options and no brand names, but there was always a large variety of juices. The resort is very popular among young families, and has a large Danish clientele. We thoroughly enjoyed our interactions.

Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. Bus tickets are available from reception in the hotel but you have to pay in cash for these. They are much cheaper if you buy them here rather than paying the bus driver on the bus. Our stay was bed and breakfast only but you have the option of all inclusive. The breakfast was excellent - lots and lots of choice to suit all tastes. Everall a lovely hotel and place and would definitely stay here again. We were very sad to leave.

Laadukas hotelli. Erityisesti ilahdutti tohvelit, joilla läpsytellä huoneessa ja terassilla. Siisteystaso oli korkea ja ympäristö viihtyisä. Ihan lähellä hyvä hiekkaranta. All inclusive toimi hyvin ja ruoka oli hyvää. Erinomainen valinta.

Renholdet utmerket, Stor god frokostmeny.
