Perfect for a family looking for a luxury Chamonix chalet, the chalet is situated on the sunny side of the Chamonix valley just above the town centre and is less than 5 minutes' walk to the restaurants, shops and bars, but is also in a wonderfully quiet private area with uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc from the large, family-friendly garden. On the ground floor of Chalet Martinique, there is a spacious and light living room with large log fire and views looking onto the garden and up to Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, as well as a separate well-equipped kitchen and dining room with table and chairs for 8. You can access the garden directly from both the dining room / kitchen and from the living room.



On the ground floor of this luxury ski chalet there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer, as well as storage for skis, boots and coats etc. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms; one master bedroom with Kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, two further bedrooms with twin or king bed . In addition there is a family bathroom with bath and shower, sink and WC. Chalet Martinique is equipped with wifi internet, flatscreen TV with French channels and there is also parking available. The private lawned garden is perfect for families and has outdoor seating, BBQ and sun loungers too in the summer.

Chalet Martinique is a luxury ski chalet, situated in a beautifully quiet areas of Chamonix, with uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc from the chalet and garden, Chalet Martinique is also less than 5 minutes on foot to the main high street, shops, bars and restaurants too. The nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes away in the car and there are smaller supermarkets available in the pedestrian high street within walking distance. The main Chamonix Centre bus station is an 8 minute walk from Chalet Martinique.



Getting Around:

The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summer time is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.

These are provided for your use, stacked outside the chalet, although if they run out you may need to buy your own from the nearest supermarket.

There are French channels provided, as well as an international Dutch TV package which includes lots of English channels (VH1, CNN, BBC News).
