Excellent hotel right next to the l'aiguille du midi gondola! The location is a 3 minute walk away from the pedestrian areas so it was very quiet, thankfully. Staff was friendly snd caring. Our room had AC! This was welcome as the sun was strong and the days were hot. Breakfast was a full buffet and delicious. I would stay there again. Highly recommend!

The hot tub and terrace were gorgeous. Apartment was spacious and clean. Just a side note, the upper floor is designed for kids/juniors and it may be difficult to be used by tall adults. Great location just next to the Aiguille du Midi cable car. There is also an washer/drier but it is in the basement of the next building, you have to ask for it.

Don’t Ever Recommend

Good options are limited, the service upon arrival and the entire stay was full of incredibly rude staff. We stayed in the apartments which are designed terribly with only one bathroom on the first floor. The walls are paper thin so we could hear our neighbors yelling, laughing and partying all night long. The apartment came ill equipped with no dish or hand soap or any paper towels. We noticed my daughter’s bed sheets were completely dirty and covered in stains. Additionally, dust and dirt was all over the floor - clearly cleanliness is not maintained.

Chamonix ski holiday

The apartment was perfect for our needs, spacious, separate bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, dining table, well equipped kitchen, balcony, we were a family of 3. Although we didnt cook it was great to have those facilities should we have needed them. Having the use of everything the hotel had to offer was great, the superb spa, hamman and pool, bar area, reception, ski shop on site, complimentary water, coffee and juice and sweets for the children. close proximity to the bus services to the various ski areas. A very successful and enjoyable time had by all.

Second stay at the Heliopic, first in the hotel then this one in the apartments, and just amazing. Fantastic well equipped immaculate apartment. The bedding is amazing best nights sleep in a huge bed. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The views are phenomenal and never cease to amaze. The pool and spa are perfect after a long day.
