Stayed here solo and had a positive experience. The location is excellent, the unit was very clean, and the rental management company provided outstanding, responsive service.It’s a very compact studio—the couch converts to the bed and leaves little room to move. The galley kitchen is efficient and well equipped for 1–2 people. Key pickup/drop-off requires about a 20-minute walk, which adds some inconvenience. The decent balcony would be more of a plus in warmer weather.Best for a solo traveler who prioritizes location and doesn’t mind tight space, I would stay here again.
