"AC was broken in the room. Staff offered us a fan and told us there was nothing they could do. Room and whole place felt dirty and unkempt. The people in the room next to us smoked Marijuana all night. We had to sleep with the balcony open which felt super unsafe because it was way to hot. The Marijuana smoke was permeating our room and we are traveling with children. Breakfast was completely empty at 920 and nobody was refilling food so we just left. Very unsatisfied. We have a medically complex toddler and AC is an absolute must for her health."
