Yes, room spotless and service personnel super attentive as well as front desk, concierge, buffet personnel Christian, room attendants on 18th floor. Everyone has a welcoming attitude and always smiling as soon as you step in the main entrance. Oh, its just hard to work on the tv coz its on chonese but the technician put alk the time to fix it. It was a wonderful stay and wish to come back next time in Cebu coz everything is within walking distance to Ayala malls, casino, etc. Not to mention our buffet breakfast is massive and very affordable with hotel discount. But senior cant do this all the time. They shld have affordable small portion meals even as to go meals. Our seniors cant eat, too much. Clean room stood the best, special thanks from rm. 1832 and 906. Staff are naturally superb assisting us all the time. Very happy camper here. Awesome stay.

We stay very often here during the last years. With kids, for leisure, business everything is possible. We like the simple but very functional rooms. They are as well very quiet. The bed is good, the shower hot and strong. The location is very close to the Ayala Mall, what gives you plenty of food choices during your stay. The breakfast is good according my wife, I would like more bread choices, real cheese and some appealing cold cuts. The personal is very friendly, understanding and helpful. I truly hope I never have to check in through there self operated system. I like the contact with the staff. So far I am lucky!

Business Center, Great no Internet service access interrupted all times television runs off of Internet no television the whole time I’m there. Had it repaired or looked at four times staff good cleanliness good bad communication with Wi-Fi. Great breakfast. I guess my only concern would be no Wi-Fi unable to do anything walking around blind.

Staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower has great pressure. Pool is very nice with a bar . Across the street from Ayala mall but have to play frogger to across the street. Excellent buffet that serves breakfast, and dinner. I have stayed at many places in Cebu and this by far is my favorite city hotel .

Room is fine, quiet, safe and just a walking distance to Ayala Mall. My only complained was the IT staff was supposed to comeback to replace the cable box and change the remote batteries but he didn't comeback to fix the tv problem.
