Very affordable. But the room condition is outdated and lack of cleaning maintainance... The Cabinet is broken, there's blood in the wall, so much dust in the lavatory area and even a garbage bin is no where to be found... The WORST part is, you cannot contact the number they declared online... So we decided to extend our stay somewhere else.

What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean..

Hotels.com you may have a ā€œbait and switchā€ vendor. As the Unit reserved per your website suddenly become unavailablen when I arrived. I was Shown two other replacement rooms that were badly arranged, small refrigerator, and in general a much lower quality unitā€¦ugh!!! Additionally, i found Many roaches in the room. Yes, big and many small ones running around. A Unclean room, stained bed sheets, noisy Air Conditioner, and no cleaning items for the kitchen. A Small refrigerator that barely kept food cold. I am very disappointed as I have rented other units from other vendors in the building that were much better.I will NOT use this vendor again!!!!!!

This was the most disgusting place l have ever stayed in . No hot water to take a shower. Black mold all over the shower walls. Bugs and cockroaches in unit. I will never rent there again.

False Advertising. I arrived in the unit and met with less than bare minimum accommodation. The toilet seat was missing, there was no towels and toiletries in the unit and no drinking waterā€”these were stated on the listing as free and included when booked. I have to call for the care taker to ask for the said items. I was given the saddest towels and a sachet of shampoo, no soap and no drinking water as well and I was told I have to get it myself. The unit was almost bare, no conduction stove as seen on the picture advertised and the linens were mismatched. I actually booked for another night since although lacking, the space was livable. I was out in the city most of the time. Basically, the unit was just a place to sleep in. If you are looking forward to enjoy the stay, it will fail you miserably. When I was checking out in the lobby, I overheard two foreigners having the same issue. They were asking assistance from the front desk since they arrived with no towels and no toiletries in there room as well. I mean, come on, is this the standard of the accommodations here in this place?

It was just terrible. They lost my reservation. The man on the desk when I arrived. Did not have a clue on what was going on. He did not get any help from his manager. I had to pay for two nights. The only time he was helpful is when I said I was going to another place to stay. I did not stay because the room was occupied by bugs.

Pleasant experience

My stay at Horizons 101 was overall a pleasant experience. The only sad thing about it was the bathroom. Not only it was too small. But also, the shower was not working properly. It was difficult to use the shower, splashing water all over the place.

Cebu Studio Condo Horizons 101

The place was clean and WiFi connection was great didnā€™t have any issues at all with it. The bed mattress was ok and could have been better. The shower door was missing so water got on the floor. Just be careful stepping out.
