Staff was overall nice but there were significant problems. We did directly discuss these with a manager during our stay.
Key system was terrible and over 3 days our keys failed at least a dozen times even a key sitting on a wooden desk with nothing new would repeatedly fail.
Smells, the hallway on the 5th floor smelled like raw sewage. Really pungent
Service. Cell service was intermittent and even the hotel WiFi was not very good. My wife needed a taxi or uber. Because of above could not call herself. She asked the front desk, concierge and bell hop if they could please help. All refused. Really, a guest is requesting help just to get a ride into town to go see her husband and nobody will help. That was really pitiful. Not being willing to help my wife to get a ride to come see me it’s really inexcusable.
