Kennesaw was close to a baseball tournament we attended, and there are several dining options nearby. You have to pay for parking, which was unusual for a suburban property. The rooms are minimalistic, reasonably stylish, and clean. The breakfast was ok.

Rodney at the front desk. He's such a nice and helpful staff member. This is my 3rd visit and Rodney has been welcoming all 3 times and helps with a ground floor room.
