ROACHES EVERYWHERE!

COCKROACHES, FILTH, AND DRUGGIES HERE!!! RUN AWAY FAST. MANAGER KNOWS AND DON'T CARE AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU ONCE YOU ARE THERE. NOT ACCOUNTABLE OR PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THINGS THAT IS WRONG WITH THEIR ESTABLISHMENT!!!.. So The room didnt look bad at 1st glance but after a good look theirs problems..The microwave was filthy inside, TV didn't work right, and their was hair and dirt under and behind furniture. outlets were hanging halfway out of the wall, and the bed linens were stained. Extremely strong chemical odor in room gave me headache. 3 roaches come crawling out on the night stand between the beds and all over the phone in room! Another ran across floor in front of the clerk after we went and told her! She acted like it was no big deal and refused to refund us so we could get a room elsewhere. Instead they offered us the room right above the 1ST one even though I had specifically requested 1st floor room due to health reasons. Refused us any other room even though they had several empty ones and on top of all that we Still didn't get even a discount for the inconvenience and aggravation of having to go through that situation even though it was clearly due to the hotels negligence and I ended up sleeping in my vehicle and lost 100$ ... Please save yourself the trouble and pass this place by.

The staff when checking in was , rude , arrogant and very disrespectful and unprofessional. We were traveling with licensed service dogs, which are supposed to be no extra charge. The rude lady insisted that all dogs are the same and charged us anyway

Worst Ever

We stayed here for our daughters travel ball tournament. We had 3 people in our family that stayed here. Upon arrival, there were only 2 towels and wash clothes in the room and we were told that we would have to wait until the next day to get an extra one. Also, our television did not work, and when we called the front desk, they wanted us to fix it ourselves and was telling us what to do. I told them that we paid for the room with a working television and they needed to fix it, and they finally did. On day 2, we had to leave early to get to the ball park. We got back to the room around 4pm, and we were told that we could not get towels or wash clothes because it was after 3pm. I was over it by this point, and they did finally give us towels and wash clothes. The television did not work again on day 2, and we called the desk again, and they told us it was because a storm was coming in. We fiddled with the television long enough that we finally got it to work. On day 3, they did finally leave towels in our room, but again - only 2. This time I went to the desk in person, and went off about how ridiculous this was. Also, paint was splattered all over the floor and on the counter in the bathroom. I would definitely skip this place.

We didn't stay because there were bugs in the room. The clerk was not friendly and didn't try to help resolve the issue. Said he would give my $50.00 deposit back and I still haven't gotten it back. He was curt, short and didn't try to help.
