Staff was friendly and the facility and room were clean. Breakfast was subpar. The coffee was cold both morning we were there. Heat your coffee up to serve with breakfast. We left our room Saturday morning around 7:00 and didn’t return to our room until 10:00 that night and housekeeping never came by the clean and replenish towels and washcloths. Disappointing.

Nothing worse than being short more money than we planned when we get charged up front for incidentals? And told we will get the money back after the trip. Awful. Why? We never buy anything and waiting to get our money back for things we didn’t or don’t purchase just seems shady. Employees were nice, location good, pillows flat, blood stain on sheet, breakfast very good. Just want our money back though and want this ridiculous policy to change. The carpet was dingy, the shower walls were unclean stains, the plaster in the bathroom was peeling,the room is extremely small for two people and there needs to be a microwave oven. Additionally, the whole refrigerator moved every time we opened it. Also the lighting in the room was extremely poor and the room was dark. I did not enjoy my stay there and it wasn’t worth what I paid
