Excellent hotel! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The minute you arrive the bellhops will take your luggage for you and offer you a beer or any other type of drink you would like complementary. The staff that check you in are amongst the friendliest and most obliging I’ve ever met at any hotel. The rooms are very modern. The pool and restaurant area are also gorgeous. We travel a lot and this is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Rooms are small but clean and modern. Pool area has a cool view. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options. Location is fine if you want to be in Bocagrande for some reason (but beach really is not very nice and area is overpriced; staying in Old Town definitely better).

The best hotel stay in my life. Im a frequent traveler, and so far, this was the best experience of my life. The staff was super courteous, kind, and attentive. They love their job and havw the most welcoming demeanor ever. The cleaning crew us as amazing. The whole hotel is spotless. Rooms are pristine.Will definitely come back again soon!! Rude staff at check in, slow, unhelpful, inefficient staff at check in desk takes forever to check in, zero flexibility for early check in (not even 5 minutes early, even if room is ready). Check out also takes forever, slow, outdated processes. I hope that they are all replaced by smarter robots. Room was comfortable.
