The gardens include a lit fountain, Over 1,200 sq. ft. of Custom Inlaid Brick Patio with Ocean & Beach Views. Bill was attentive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the outside patio area and ocean view from the high top table and chairs. The home was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Downtown Carmel was very close, we went to Mission Ranch for dinner more than once, it is less than 5 minutes away. This was great for a long weekend stay for two people.

The property was amazing! The yard was extremely spacious and was great for our dogs to run around. The location of the home is perfect as it is right off the Route 1, but far enough so there is no noise pollution. Additionally, it is just minutes away from downtown Carmel and nearby shopping plazas. Check-in was a breeze and the room and bed was the perfect size for me, my wife, and my 2 dogs.

My husband and I enjoyed this lovely studio immensely with its beautifully maintained surroundings and private patio. Tons of privacy and a view of the ocean in the distance. The owner, Bill, was so accommodating and hands-on with our needs. Minutes away from all kinds of amenities. We highly recommend this special little gem. Very pet friendly too. We truly think you won’t be disappointed!
