Bien situé à 5m à pied de la ville fortifiée / chùteau et à 10m à pied du centre ville.
Malheureusement, 3 points d'amélioration :
- l'isolation sonore pas au top on entend les voitures, le bruit de la pluie et le voisinage du haut ...
- l'aĂ©ration, pas de fenĂȘtre - uniquement la porte pour aĂ©rer mais ça donne sur la rue et il y a du passage
- l'eau chaude, lorsqu'on est arrivé la premiÚre nuit : pas d'eau chaude mais la deuxiÚme nuit on en a eu
