The apartment had a horrible stench as soon as you walk in. I messaged the manager about it and they came about two days later and sprayed the apartment with a highly fragrant substance but the smell remained beneath it. My shower light didn’t work. I told them but it was not fixed. The apartment was extremely cold due to the terrible winds in the area and it is not insulated at all. The wind can be felt coming through beneath the doors and between the windows. I asked for a space heater and they sent me one later the next day. Of course, it did not work. I informed them of this but they didn’t replace it. I froze every night I was there. Mind you, it is August and it is winter here. The area is nice and quiet. The apartment offered great views which was the saving grace. I will say some apartments are nicer than other as I went with a group that stayed in different units and I was able to see them. My unit had bleach stained carpet throughout and was dated. Another unit I saw was nicely renovated but they didn’t have any heat either. Overall, I would not stay there again.

Great view

The view over the ocean from the apartment was spectacular but the room needed to be aired out a bit when I arrived. It smelled like no one had stayed there in awhile. Other than that and some small stains on the carpet, it was a nice place to stay. I would stay there again.
