Many local restaurants, grocery stores (Neighborhood Walmart, Publix, Sams Club, Target and Aldi’s) are just minutes away! Many offer home grocery/ beer, wine delivery if you choose that route. Kayak rentals are just a few miles away in beautiful Matlachi, venture out to the mangroves to see Florida nature. Boat jet ski rentals also available just a short distance away on Pine Island. Beautiful islands to explore, fishing or just relaxing on the beach.... CayaCosta, Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach are close by boat! Sun Splash water park is also just minutes away for the kids to enjoy!
