It’s rare in southwest Florida but cold fronts do happen. Summer Inside of the home is kept at 72. HVAC is only meant to remove humidity and cool 18-20 degrees cooler than outside. There are a lot of 100 degree days. We are at the mercy of the weather and mechanical limitations. If you expect 60 degrees inside in south Florida during the summer, stay north. Come visit us in the fall and winter. Subtropical summers. Bicycles available to rent with free delivery. Once booked link will be sent.
