Bienvenido a la hermosa Hill Country! 'Emilia Hideaway' es un concepto moderno y abierto de un dormitorio con un loft y una pequeña casa. Tejas de mediados de siglo moderno escondite. Está en un lote de 2 acres detrás de la casa principal de los propietarios. En el lado noreste de Canyon Lake, está idealmente ubicado a menos de una milla entre el lago y el río. En el corazón de la región montañosa, a una hora de Austin, San Antonio y Fredericksburg. A la vuelta de la esquina de la presa y el aliviadero con magníficas vistas, senderismo, tubing y pesca. Trae a toda la familia con algo para todos.

EL ESPACIO
DORMITORIOS

Dos áreas de dormir. Es un estudio de concepto abierto con una cama tamaño queen en el piso principal y dos camas individuales en un altillo. Capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente.

SALA

Entre la cama y el comedor, tenemos un fantástico y cómodo sofá con un puerto USB para cargar el teléfono. Le proporcionamos un cable para que lo use mientras se queda. Tenemos un televisor de pantalla plana que gira para que pueda ver en cualquier lugar de la casa.

COCINA

Esta cocina de concepto abierto está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo. Tenga una hermosa comida casera con su familia y amigos.

Porche y mirador

Gran porche para relajarse bajo un cenador con cómodos asientos. El muro de privacidad está ahí para hacer que el espacio sea lo más privado posible, ya que la casa principal es visible desde la cubierta. Si está buscando un área más grande para pasar el rato y asar a la parrilla, el mirador es excelente. Tenemos más asientos para grupos más grandes con una parrilla y chimenea. Si eres de una ciudad, te sorprenderá gratamente el hermoso cielo nocturno.

BAÑO

Un baño cerrado con una amplia ducha y lavadora y secadora de carga frontal. Suministramos un secador de pelo, toallas adicionales, ropa de cama adicional y artículos de tocador. ¿Olvidó un cepillo de dientes, maquinilla de afeitar, toallitas faciales, etc.? ¡No te preocupes, tenemos eso para ti por si acaso!

MASCOTAS
Admitimos mascotas y no tenemos ningún problema si llevas a tu bebé con pelaje. Cobramos $ 25 adicionales por estadía por una mascota. Al realizar la reserva, deberá agregar que tiene una mascota en el área donde agrega el número de invitados. Si tiene más de una mascota, hay una tarifa adicional de $ 10 por mascota que se enviará después de la reserva. ¡Es necesario para el tiempo de limpieza adicional que lleva cuando una mascota está en el hogar! También les dejamos saber a nuestros dueños de mascotas que tenemos tres laboratorios internos en la casa principal. This place was exactly how it’s described in the listing. Perfect place to spend a couple nights. Was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Big bonus is that it was a great place to bring our fur baby will definately book again.

Very nice little cabin

Very nice little cabin as basecamp for a week of boating on the lake. Fresh tomatoes from the garden was a great feature too!

Amazing Last Minute Getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The cottage was clean and felt so comfortable. We traveled with our dogs and they also approved of the pet friendly property. We will definitely be returning to this property for future stays.

Canyon Lake Trip

This place was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. We loved the little home it was perfect for us and our small children, ages 11 & 8. The home had everything we needed and was so well decorated. The location was also perfect for access to the lake. Thanks for letting us stay, we enjoyed it!

Perfect location (pets included)

The house had perfect spacing for the amount of people it allows (pets included). We loved the patio as well, very spacious for dogs as well and the fact that it was all fenced was even better. For outdoors activity it was super close to nice spots (tubing, damn lake, hiking trails) it was just perfect!

Modern Mini

Such a cool property perfect for a small family! The owners had everything labeled and placed in a super thoughtful manner. Lots of extra little touches like makeup remover and chocolates by the coffee pot were so welcoming!

Great Location Loft

We are very pleased to have stayed in a super clean loft with a modern touch, only 5 minutes away from the Overlook Park of Canyon Lake. The loft had a comfortable and warming touch for my family and my dogs which was very convenient for us who care about our four-legged babies. We’re highly thankful to have found this place, we will definitely recomment this loft!

Cute tiny home

We enjoyed staying in this tiny home. It is very clean and has a nice kitchen. We like to do most of our meals in and the kitchen was perfect. There is also a gas grill that we used. This home is close to the dam and a nature walk. I hope to stay here again at some point in the future

Very nice place

Stayed for a weekend getaway and it was very nice and quiet. Did have issues with the water not being hot enough but we let the owner know and she fixed it right away!

Perfect Escape

I spent two weeks at the Hideaway while I quarantined so I could be with my boyfriend on our anniversary. The house had absolutely everything I needed and became my home away from home over that time. The bed, couch, and even rug were all very comfortable, but I enjoyed the patio chairs best. I spent much of my days enjoying the sunshine on the front porch. The shower was big, the washer/dryer was very convenient, and the fridge kept my food fresh my entire stay! Just a dream house with dream amenities on a beautiful property with friendly and respectful hosts. I will definitely be back and have already recommended the place to many friends!

Winter storm sanctuary

We arrived during an ice storm! Emilia, the tiny home, from a distance was easy to spot. A Billboard easy to see from the main road led us to the gated drive. The porch lights were lit, and ohh the warmth was a wonderful comfort from the cold! My boys ages 3 and 5, were so excited to roam around the home. We had everything we needed to weather the cold, extra blankets and towels we placed just for us. Everything we needed and things we didn't think of were available. Beautiful property, witnessed a family of deer running thru the snow close by, we made snowmen, had warm dinners, and walked the property with our Dog. Which was safely fenced. The entire property felt very secure. The cleanliness, I honestly couldn't believe we weren't the first ones staying there, as it was spotless. During our stay, we ended up snowed in a few extra days, and our host was easy to communicate with and extended our stay very easily. A big deal** We ended up not having enough water.. I didn't even have a chance to realize this, before our host brought a case of water for myself and my boys, letting me know if I needed more not to hesitate to let them know. ** Water right now, during the storm and after is a hard to come by at the moment. It is sold out everywhere! This type of thoughtfulness just was something I don't think you would easily find elsewhere. If I'm ever in need of place to stay while in canyon lake, this will be my first place to check for availabilities and will be the only place I refer to others. Clean, Comfortable, stylishly rustic. High end finishes, and five star service! The storm of the century for Texas was not so bad for my family, thanks to Emilias Hideaway.

SMALL BUT BEAUTIFUL

I highly recommend! We enjoyed our stay, it was very peaceful and everything was made super easy for us to check in and out! They have constant communication in case you need anything. We will definitely book again!

Cozy stay

We stayed in March and the tiny house was cozy for my family and our 2 small dogs. The entrance can be hard to see at night even with lights and when we were there the keypad didn't light up. Other than that it was great and centrally located.
