Nice spot on the Lake

The owner and his Dad are very welcoming and friendly. I love supporting good people. We really enjoyed the view and layout. Plenty of places to sit and take in nature. The room was clean, cold, and the beds were very comfortable, including the soft linens. We hope to stay here again and again.

My recent stay at this location was very satisfying. The gentleman attendee in reception was friendly. The room was spacious, clean, cool and the beds were very comfortable. The weather did not permit us fo enjoy the lake which is walking distance from the hotel. But all in all I had an enjoyable time at Canyon Lake. I would love to go back to enjoy the lake.

Wonderful stay as always, this is our 4th time at this location. Quiet, peaceful, deer visiting in the mornings and evening. Access to the water for swimming and lake watching right on the property. Owner is very fast with any questions you may have.

Nice room renovation of older property. Outside could still use work but this is located on the lake in neighborhood where people are building expensive homes and we felt very safe even though no person on site. Phoned number on door when we came and they told us room number and it was open with key on table. Not typical but obviously they don’t worry someone will come and steal things. OneWe enjoyed watching deer and birds from balcony in the morning and walking near lake where we saw vermillion flycatcher and golden fronted woodpeckers.
