"We arrived at the facility around 10:30-11am. I paid for the rooms (I had 2), let them know that we were in town and had some other things to do and would be back for checkin time. I looked at my bank account and they had charged me 3 times for 2 rooms. I had to get that fixed as well. We ended up coming back at 5:20pm, only one room was ready at that time but keys to both rooms were given to us. We checked to see when the second room would be done and the housekeeper was sitting on the bed on her phone, and said her arm hurt so she was behind on rooms. At about 7:20pm, the room STILL was not finished and we had to speak with management. They only apologized and kept saying soon, soon. It was about 8:15pm when the room was finally ready. In our first room, there was hair, all in the bathtub and sink which I had to clean out. I have pictures to show as well. Also, when the housekeeper was addressed, in her language (Spanish) by my mother, she laughed in her face which was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I can honestly say that we will never stay at this hotel, ever again. I will be requesting a refund as well. "
