Lock on external door is broken. Any person can access the hallway in the wing wherein I stayed. Had I not been travelling alone on business, I would have refused to stay there, due to subjecting my family to a lack of security. Once in my room, I provide my own security. I traveled monthly last year for work and stayed in many hotels, none had this lack of security. Room itself is adequate. I have photos of the broken lock mechanism. There is a sign on the door about how to operate the door. Broken lock is not a new occurrence.

The property itself was ok at best. Extremely noisy until 4am, it’s a hotel used by many area teams for local children’s tournaments. Room was outdated, bed wasn’t comfortable. Would not recommend staying here.

When I arrived, the hotel was chaotic—parties everywhere, no parking available, and loud music throughout the night. It seemed like many of the people there weren’t even guests. The front desk said they’d take care of it but never followed through, and the noise continued. Even if this is the only place available late at night, you’d honestly be more comfortable sleeping in your car. One of the worst nights and poorest management experiences I’ve ever had.

Not disabled friendly. No elevators, steps and stairs everywhere. The restaurant was woefully understaffed for breakfast, which was unacceptable as there were 20 sleeping rooms booked for the event. Where did they think we were going to have breakfast!
