"Easy to get lost due to lack of signage or directions on the property. It would be very easy to make the hotel more user friendly. The valet service was excellent. Some desk staff were unhelpful. The restaurants service, food and waiters were excellent. The hotel is in a lovely location on the lake and easy walking to downtown, the capital and museums."
