Perfect Hotel

5th time staying at this hotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in santa Ponsa. Best hotel for location, facilities and staff. Roll on next year.

Excellent location

Book a sea view room well worth that little extra we stayed here from 6th/14th Oct asked for higher floor got the top floor absolutely stunning view .. room spotlessly clean staff very friendly ..room could have done with a bit more light but otherwise no complaints ..when we had problem with door lock staff were excellent very efficient and apologetic for problem ..would definately stay here again.

Decent option for family

It was OK place to stay, clearly targeting budget traveler. It was not bad but the photos can be deceiving as it looks like there is a beach in front of the hotel, not the case, but beach is nearby. Advantage is it is on the quiet side, where some hotels are right above bight clubs which go to 3am. Sadly no parking anywhere close, so people with cars are out of luck

Beware of misleading photos

Unfortunately after checking in to a studio that didn't look anything like the images of the studio we booked, we were told it's Expedia's fault. I explained that it's up to the property to provide the correct images. The studio images are of their apartments so beware. The property charged us for one night even though we checked out within two hours. Expedia was fantastic and refunded us two of the 3 nights because the property claimed we stayed a night even trough we didn't. Apart from this the place is okay if you don't mind being surrounded by British holidaymakers and a Blackpool kind of vibe. They have refurbished the place and it's quite modern.

Magnificent views

The hotel was in a wonderful location .Views from the rooms were great .Book a room above floor 2 with a sea view.Rooms not overlooking the pool are quieter. Sun beds get sold out by 10.00 most days. People start putting towels to reserve beds very early but you can not pay for them to be unlocked until after 8.30.

Clean hotel, not the best of views.

The hotel was clean but we didn't find the staff the most helpful. I had sent a few email prior to our stay about having a sea view. When we got there the woman on the desk wasn't at all helpful and said we'd have to pay an extra 25euro a night! We had a week spent overlooking a road...at least it wasn't the wall which was all the lower floors got. Our beds...after a search and ending up phoning reception were found under the covers on the two seats in our room. Oh well at least we were only there for a week and only used our room as a base.

Loungers behave!

Room was much smaller than pictures made it look, the guys working were arrogant and charging for a sun lounger what's that all about 70 Euro a week for loungers and 30 Euro for a safe key behave .. other than that great location near beach and cool little harbour with steps direct in to the sea.

Nothing was working in this cold & uncomfortable room. Safe was broken, TV was not working beside too small too far from bed to watch anyway, telephone was not working, no refrigerator although room was studio, no staff available to help, restaurants staff were fine but food was terrible. Practically no breakfast. We tried talk to front desk of course we walked to them because no phone at room, and explained the room & troubles we had, Lady at front desk just said sorry!

Would defiantly avoid!

My brother and I went for a 5 day break in this hotel, the luggage room was not secure, anyone can go into the room and lock themselves in with your suitcases as it's also the shower room for people who have all checked out to use, no privacy! The staff were very not helpful at all, the room stank of sewage and the beds were a joke to say the least! Couldn't sit on the balcony as it had a huge fan blowing out hot air! The pool is tiny and no sunbeds available, no way would I ever ever come back!
